Transpersonal Self is defined as that self which transcends time and place and connects to the All, Universe, Spirit. Transpersonal Development is a strengthening of the Transpersonal Self through the mind body spirit connection. Dynamic shifts in a safe environment allow the possibilities for you to explore the inner connections to healing your mind, body and spirit.
FSS combines crystal and stone healing with many other healing modalities in order to prepare each individual for whatever healing journey they may be on. These healing modalities include bioenergetics, chelation, fascia release, lines of light and more. FSS emphasizes grounding, centering, breath work, and meditation to assist the student in deepening their own everyday life or healing practice. Your energy and life flow will benefit from recognition of old patterns that no longer serve you and the integration of thought and energy patterns that allow for release of stress, tension and mismanagement of emotions. FSS teaches a natural, non-intrusive means to aid in the unfolding of one’s body, mind and spirit.
