Free Spirit Journey
Try to imagine what life would be like if you didn't have the opportunity to change, if you were given only one way to live your life to which you had to adhere with no alternatives. You were given a set of parameters and beliefs which could not be altered AND you had to carry on those traditions without question to your children and your children's children. Just check inside of you - what are you feeling and where are you feeling it? How does that feel? If you started to feel uneasy, claustrophobic, panicky or even nauseous, congratulations. You are on the awakened path.
Look out into the world around you and notice how many people seem to be sleep walking their way through life, feeling as though they have no alternatives, that they must live the status quo, that change is dangerous and not to be trusted. Look at your own families at those who would have you stay the same, wanting to bring you back into the past, the way you used to be so that they can feel safe around you.
Those who are "waking up" will find the choices, options, teachers and incentive to move towards the longing of their spirits; change will be exciting and welcomed. Harmful habits and addictions will no longer have a home with them as the fog is lifted and clarity replaces inner sleep. There will come a time when "the risk to remain tight in the bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom." Anais Nin
We invite you to share your journey with us, living an examined life on your way to finding the everyday joy, peace and love you desire. There is no place in life to stay stuck in the past. You do have alternatives, you do have choices, you do have opportunities to change. Where will you be if you don't?

Class Auditing
We are now offering our graduates the opportunity to audit the new class which is to begin February 6 & 7. We have refined our curriculum in order to deepen the study of Character Structures by winding the C.S. throughout the three modules. We are also including insights on The Four Agreements as well as adding more experiential Transpersonl Counseling. Grads may audit the course for half price ($125 per weekend) but we do ask that you commit to the entire course so that we may maintain a group cohesion and continuity. You may download an application by going to the home page. We are so excited that several of you already have signed on to do the classes again. This just keeps getting better all the time!!!

TO YOUR HEALTH
By Rose Koremenos
Vitamin D has become the much talked about vitamin in the last few years. And it seems we will be hearing much more about it as research studies continue to come forward.
Vitamin D comes from safe exposure of the skin to the sun, fleshy fish like salmon, sardines and herring. Milk and orange juice are also fortified with Vitmain D. These foods sources may contain risks such as mercury in fish and the high sugar levels of orange juice.
A better choice may be to supplement with a D3 supplement. The dosage for supplementation is based on your D levels. Your vitamin D level can be determined through a simple blood test. The need to supplement varies especially by exposure to the sun. Wisconsin is one of the states with a low number of sunny days and this may lead to higher levels of deficency in our population.
A deficency in vitamin D can lead to poor bone mineralization and osteoporosis and new studies show it may also lead to a higher incidence of colds and flu, heart disease and cancers. The cancer studies are showing that there are increased risks for breast and up to 16 other internal cancers. Vitamin D supplementation is considered beneficial for diabetes, multiple sclerosis, rheumatoid arthritis and heart disease. And there are more studies being completed in many countries which will provide even more information on the role of vitamin in health and wellness.
I for one have added additional D to my intake just based on the link to a lower incidence of colds and flu.
For more information on vitamin D you may want to resource articles by Dr Mercola.
Good Health to You!
