Introduction to Chakras and Healing Chakras with Stones
A class designed to create a curiousity about chakras and their connection to health and well-being. Chakra awareness can decrease stress and tension in the mind, body and spirit. Explore how each chakra color, sound and vibration are related to your health and balance in all areas of life. Balancing the chakras with stones and energetics are demonstrated in easy to do at home methods. Registration required.

Animal Energy Work Class
This class features hands-on work and discussion of working in the animal energy field. Models for this class will be horses.
Techniques can be applied to other domestic animals.
Dress for the weather as some work may be outdoors – in inclement weather we will use the indoor arena.

Stress Effects
What effects the mind (emotions) has an impact on the physical body and the spiritual sense of self. Stress is change~ pure and simply. Every day you are triggered by some unnoticed, automatic program that leaves you asking why did I do (say, think) that or act that way. And some days it leaves you emotionally, physically or spiritually drained, di-stressed and out of balance. Identify the causes of stress and the effects of stress on the mind, body and spirit.
Stress busters offered in this class are easy to use in daily life and with practice are yours for life- a life of ease and balance.

Archetypes and Social Interactions
A unique and gentle opportunity to explore the archetypes and gain a deeper understanding of yourself in interactions with others. Focus will be placed on gaining a basic understanding of the fundemental archetypes, seeing the stress acting through these brings to the connection to self and healing the stress and tension these behaviors create. Explore your reactions to others in their archetype and gain a greater sense of choices you can make in healing the behaviors of the archetypes. The season of family gatherings makes this the perfect time to create an awareness of the choices you have in interacting with others.
