Audit option for graduates of Level 1 who want attend the modules after receiving Level 1 certfication. Auditors will complete all Level 1 Growth Work.

Free Spirit School intention for developing mentors is to assist graduates in fulfilling their potential as healers and teachers in the FSS program under the guidance of FSS faculty. This opportunity is for those who wish to move deeper into the unfolding of their gifts and talents through learning interactions. FSS 3 tiered program is designed to move you along the path to becoming an associate teacher in the FSS System.
FSS Student Mentor reflects: “I choose to learn from all my interactions with you as you choose to learn from your interactions with me. This means being neutral, listening, holding space, and reflecting energy without attachment to an outcome. If I choose to be attached to an outcome, I am choosing to be emotional, irrational, reactive and in my shadow ego (fear).”
Mentor Certification Requirements
- Level 2 students are responsible for their process of growth and completion of all growth work in the time frames established.
- Level 2 students will receive a certificate based on completion and quality of their work as evaluated by FSS faculty.
Required Growth Work For Level 2 Certification
Complete 1-5
1. Module One: Develop a new technique for crystals and stones in a healing for each of the three learning modules. Apply this to a topic or learning from the module. Due one week prior to the completion of the module.
2. Character Structure Weekends: Recognize, label and write an identifying statement of the recurring ego trap that blocks your growth. Develop a layout to release your individual ego trap. Incorporate a class objective from the weekend. This is due one week after class.
3. Develop a movement phrase that releases the ego trap identified in #2 from your body (where do you feel it). This is due one week after class.
4. Four Agreements: Be prepared to participate in class activities by completing #2 and #3 above. Present to faculty a written plan to share your key learning one week prior to the class. Include a detailed plan of presentation including: time frame (up to 30 minutes), tools needed, handouts, learning objective and growth work for students.
5. Level 2 Graduation Project – Choose a topic from the First and Second Module and prepare a 30 minute presentation. Include a detailed plan of presentation including: tools needed, handouts, learning objective and growth work for students. Be prepared to present your topic to a focus group of students for evaluation.
Goal: Completion of Developing Consciousness growth work applying the principles of each topic to growth work as required for completion of Level 2. Completion of growth work will be evaluated by FSS faculty for timeliness and quality.
Learning Objectives:
· Demonstrate topic incorporation into lifestyle by journaling changes in patterns and behaviors
· Able to actively participation in group learning process as a mentor (see definition above)
· Greater consciousness of self and role of ego in life as demonstrated by Level 2 growth work
Developing Consciousness Level 2 Fee: $125/weekend class
